| Overtime the maintenance cost of a home is about 1% of the value of that home per year. That does not mean that a homeowner will spend that amount each year, but budgeting that amount will help when those windows/roofs/concrete drives/HVAC need maintenance. Deferred maintenance...maintenance that isn't addressed on a scheduled regular basis, will be much more costly. Don't ever hesitate to reach out to me for a list of preferred vendors and contractors.
